CARS website to say that the Cash for Clunkers program will be
implemented in Late July. The exact wording
from the Cars.gov website advises consumers "You may want to
contact your local dealer in mid July." This is in slight conflict with
the wording of the bill that says cars purchased from July 1
2009-November 1, 2009 will qualify.
